Rouxan (pronounced ROO-in,) is the Youth Program Coordinator at Rocky Mountain Equality.  They graduated from Western Illinois University with a double major in Recreation, Parks, and Tourism Administration and Theatre.

Rouxan has been working with youth since 2008 in varying capacities including outdoor recreation and education, programming, summer camps, and volunteer opportunities. He has facilitated public speaking and training panels for gender and its intersectionality with camps and costuming. Rouxan is so excited to join RMEQ and continue to evolve this supportive space for our youth.

In his free time, he is an avid cosplayer, gamer, artist, plant-enthusiast, climber, and flow artist.
